• Co-Administrator Institute

    Sponsored by ACSA’s Co-administration committee in conjunction with NASSP, The Co-Administrators Institute is designed to build leadership capacity within our school systems. Co-administrators, vice principals, assistant principals and teacher leaders support effective learning environments for students throughout California. They are a critical component of effective teaching and learning, this event addresses their unique needs and brings attention to their crucial role in public education. This one-day Co-Administrator Institute will target the improvement of key skills necessary for leadership success. Specific content will be focused on NASSP’s publication, 10 Skills for Successful School Leaders, and the areas in which co-administrators and assistant principals indicate they would like more development. The training will be aligned with the California state standards.
